Once your return request is submitted, you can either purchase a prepaid shipping label from Nooi or arrange your own shipping.
If you arrange your own return shipping, you must provide us with the shipping tracking number. Please do not ship your return using "return to sender" as this does not direct the package to the proper address. Please contact support@nooiliving.com.au for the correct return shipping address.
Please note that once a customer returns a product within their 60 Nights Free Trial, they cannot initiate another trial for the same product.
The 60 Nights Free Trial is specific to the initial purchase and product, and cannot be transferred. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
