Free Shipping Policy
We provide free shipping for all orders over $100 to most areas in Australia. Please do not use a PO BOX when placing your order.
To ensure smooth delivery and protect your purchase, please take note of the following conditions that apply to our shipping policy:
Signature required on delivery
All orders are shipped with signature required upon delivery. This means:

If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be taken to your local post office for collection.

The post office will hold the parcel for a maximum of 10 business days.

If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to us.
Re-shipping for uncollected parcels
If your order is returned to us due to non-collection and you would like us to resend it, both the return shipping fee and re-shipping charges will apply, regardless of the original order value.
Refunds for returned orders due to non-collection
If your parcel is returned to us because it was not collected on time, and you request a refund instead of re-shipping:

We will deduct the original shipping cost and return shipping cost from your refund, even if your original order qualified for free shipping.

Free shipping is offered on completed purchases only. In the event of a return under these circumstances, it is not reasonable for us to absorb the original shipping cost and return shipping cost.
Shipping Times
If your ordered item is available, it will be prepared for shipment immediately. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to dispatch, and 4-7 business days for your product to arrive. We are constantly working to reduce shipping times, and occasionally, your order may arrive sooner than expected. When checking your order status, remember that a 'tracking number generated' notification does not mean the item has been shipped.
For pre-order items, the estimated delivery time will be indicated. Please note this is just an estimate and can vary due to delays.
Please note that if your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. You can find the expected delivery date in your order confirmation email.
