Return Policy

Please email our support team at support@nooiliving.com.au to submit a return enquiry. 

The products, whether opened or unopened, are returnable only during the 60 Nights Free Trial period.

The following products are covered by a 60 Nights Free Trial:

    • Nooi Icy Cooling Weighted Blanket
    • Nooi Plush Weighted Blanket
    • Nooi 2-In-1 Weighted Blanket Combo: Icy & Plush
    • Nooi Kids Weighted Blanket
    • Nooi Icy Weighted Blanket Cover
    • Nooi Icy Cooling Sheet Set
    • Nooi Icy Cooling Quilt Cover Set


    All other Nooi products are returnable only when they are in original, unused, unwashed condition and the return must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product.

    Once your return request is submitted, you can either purchase a prepaid shipping label from Nooi or arrange your own shipping.

    If you arrange your own return shipping, you must provide us with the shipping tracking number. Please do not ship your return using "return to sender" as this does not direct the package to the proper address. Please contact support@nooiliving.com.au for the correct return shipping address. 

    Once a blanket or any other product is returned, it will not qualify for additional trials in the future (for example, returning a blanket will render you ineligible for another 60 Nights Trial on subsequent orders).

    Damage caused by the customer will prevent any possibility of exchanging or returning the Nooi product. To facilitate donations to charities, all returned blankets must be in good condition without any stains, damage, or other imperfections such as hairs, pet hairs, or odours.

    Nooi is committed to environmental sustainability, and a damaged or defective product hampers our ability to donate items and leads to environmentally harmful waste.

    After a returned item passes inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of the item's arrival at our warehouse, though timing may vary based on the season. Once processed, it usually takes an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to post the funds.

    You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return is processed.

    Please note: Shipping insurance fees are not refundable if purchased at checkout.

     

    Exchange

    If you order the incorrect size or weight, Nooi offers a one-time exchange within 30 days of receiving your product. This request must be made within the first 30 nights. To minimise our environmental impact, a size exchange will count as fulfilment of the 60 Nights Free Trial.

    We highly advise verifying the correct size and weight before placing your order. Our support team is available to assist you, or you can check our Size & Weight Guide page for guidance.

    After we receive the returned product, we will ship out the replacement. The product must be returned according to our Return Policy. This exchange process typically spans 14-27 business days, depending on the season.
