The Nooi Warranty
Nooi offers a 1-year Limited Warranty on all of its products. Within 365 days of your purchase, if you encounter any manufacturing defects that fall under our warranty, we will replace the item once with the same size as originally purchased. This warranty covers all parts of the blanket or any other nooi items.
Should you make a warranty claim during your 60 Nights Free Trial, we will send you a replacement once we receive the defective product. This will conclude your 60 nights trial period, treating the replacement as the completion of the trial.
Who is Covered
The Nooi Warranty is applicable only to the original buyer who purchased the Nooi product within Australia. This warranty remains valid as long as the original purchaser owns the product. For warranty purposes, the original purchaser is identified as the person whose details are linked with the e-commerce transaction (this includes the email used during the purchase). It is advised to retain the receipt, which is sent to the registered email address at the time of purchase.
When submitting a warranty claim, you may be required to provide photographs and the original proof of purchase. This documentation is necessary to verify your claim and determine the nature of the warranty issue.
What is Covered
- Zipper tears or breaks.
- Any structural flaw in the blanket that leads to the material splitting or cracking, provided it has been used normally and handled properly.
- Defects in the zipper or hook assembly of the inner blanket, which Nooi may choose to either repair or replace.
- Extensive loose threading across the blanket.
- Holes or leaks that result in the inner beads escaping from the blanket.
Who is Not Covered
- Disconnection of the slider from the bottom stop and damage to the zipper teeth due to forceful pulling.
- Preferences related to the comfort or size of the blanket.
- Any stains, burns, tears, cuts, or damage from liquids or moisture caused by the customer or their surroundings, including damage from pets.
- Damage from improper washing, such as shrinking from using a dryer or tears from non-delicate washing or drying methods.
- Products purchased from unauthorised retailers or those sold as "used" or under any other terms suggesting the product is not new.
- Purchases made through third-party sellers must be addressed directly with the seller. Nooi is not responsible for items bought outside of the Nooi E-commerce store.
